The new Customer Experience Center will serve as a hub for innovation, collaboration, and hands-on engagement, expanding Scallon Controls’ capabilities in control systems, valves, industrial software, advanced instrumentation, and digital technologies. The facility is intended to give customers direct access to solutions, expertise, and technologies that improve safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.

The expansion reinforces Scallon Controls’ long-term investment in Southeast Texas and its role as a trusted partner to critical energy and industrial infrastructure throughout the Gulf Coast. Expected to be completed in the Fall of 2026, the center will provide enhanced training, demonstrations, and technical support tailored to the evolving needs of modern process facilities.
