FEATURED SERVICE

PRV Certification

As a VR Certificate of Authorization and VR Stamp holder, we are authorized to provide ASME Section I and VIII testing and repair of pressure relief valves in steam, air/gas, and liquid applications. The VR stamp serves as certification that our repair work has been conducted in compliance with established standards, and that we are qualified to do the proper repair of your relief valves.

FEATURED SERVICE

Metal-Seated Ball Valve Repair

For severe service high temperature applications, a precise fit is key to avoiding any metal-to-metal leak points. This requires exactly matching the seats to the ball as if they were cut from one another. If done by hand, it would take an inordinate amount of time to sand and lap those surfaces. With our unique automated lapping machine, 95% is done via automation and the other 5% by our skilled technicians.

FIELDVUE™: The Ideal Option

Accurately diagnose the health of your critical valve assets with Fisher™ FIELDVUE™ positioners as a mainstay of your reliability program. Your valve diagnostics can be run with the valve removed from service, or captured, logged, and analyzed while the valve is in service. FIELDVUE can collect data automatically or when triggered by a certain event. Emerson has designed thousands of mounting brackets to fit any manufacturer’s valve. Furthermore, our in-house valve and automation experts are available to help you evaluate your data.

FlowScanner™: No Positioners Needed

If you do not have Emerson positioners on your valve, our highly portable Fisher™ FlowScanner™ is a great way to evaluate the performance of any air-operated valve—accurately and efficiently. There’s no need to remove or disassemble your valves for testing. We simply hook up the FlowScanner to your critical valves—or those that you suspect have problems—to evaluate their operating condition and identify any corrective actions required.

Comprehensive Reporting

We provide a ‘Red/Yellow/Green’ evaluation report and all of the associated backup data to schedule your work orders or maintenance events. This allows you to focus on only what’s necessary and not waste valuable maintenance resources when there are no problems to address.
