Accountant Opportunity at Scallon Controls

join our dynamic and collaborative accounting department. This entry-level position
offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within the company, with
initial responsibilities outlined below. We seek an individual who is eager to contribute,
develop professionally, and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and billing of customer orders
- Review and release of blocked orders
- Set up and maintain customer accounts
- Provide customer statements as requested
- Cross-train with other Accounting positions
Qualifications:
- BBA in Accounting is required
- Strong computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards of financial information
