We have seen that our customers need to replace their gate valves every few years; they leak from the start and never seal off perfectly again. Vanessa TOVs feature ‘plug and play’ installation. Replacement is easy—the double flanged valve is offered in both a short and long option, making it almost effortless to drop into a gate valve, face-to-face.

The non-rubbing, metal-to-metal design enables a lower and consistent torque demand. Note that these valves are torque seated, just like your gate valves—the more force you apply, the better it seals, so your mechanics will be familiar with how these work.

Unlike gate valves, which you would normally throw away once damaged, Vanessa TOVs can be repaired. Our OEM factory-trained service technicians will get them back to new again, bubble tight, at our Emerson-certified service center, right here in Beaumont, TX.
 
Vanessa Triple Offset Valves perform bidirectional zero leakage tightness (according to ‘Leakage Rate A’ of ISO 5208 and EN 12266-1 standards, and the ‘Resilient Seat Valves’ requirement of API 598) through non-rubbing 90-degree rotation and metal-to-metal torque seating.
