Receptionist

Scallon Controls Inc, a local mid-size company is looking to fill a position for full-time receptionist on a multi-line phone system.

Candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to function as a team member. Previous experience with multi-line phones is required. Must be comfortable with Outlook Express, Word, and Excel. Candidate will also be responsible for distribution of all electronic purchase orders and all company email. Other administrative functions will also be required.

Professional, yet casual office environment. Great benefits package available. Hours are Monday through Friday 7:15 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
